I don’t know if you are like me but my wife and I can spend hours on Instagram looking at house accounts and drooling over different home designs. You may have purchased a home before or may have not but I can tell you one thing that no one, and I mean no one looks forward to and that is getting pre-approved for a mortgage. Getting a house is what you want, but getting a mortgage unfortunately is what you need. Unless you are paying cash then you probably have no use for this mini educational series, I mean unless you just here for me then by all means keep listening. This is a mini educational series that was designed by me and in the hopes that it will teach you the ins and outs of buying a new home in southern Utah. Each episode is one topic that you will certainly need to know when beginning the journey to home ownership. My name is Alex Hernandez and I am a mortgage lender. The best way to explain what I do is to compare myself to a real estate agent. Real estate agents help you find the home, and I, as a mortgage lender help you find the money to buy the home. Equally important and that is why I work with some of the best real estate companies in southern Utah.
