Living and working along the Gwendraeth Fach has been a great influence on my art practice. Walking daily allows me to slow down, embracing the abundance, beauty and joy of walking in nature. I notice great Improvement in my creativity, mental and physical health as well. I wanted to share with others what walking and being in nature can do for you too.
