This week's episode I talk about how I've been a little bit of a funk and steps I've been taking to snap myself out of it. A lot of it comes down to refocusing your energy on things that make you happy and taking care of yourself. Cliche, yes. But it's a cliche for a reason! (It's true). Leaving toxic people behind, unplugging from social media, I even deleted my dating apps for a little bit lol. Shorter episode this week, kept it short and sweet! Just like my iced coffee order!

On this week’s episode, my friend Cristina and I went on 3 dates in 1 week to decide if dating is really a numbers game. The more people you meet the more chances you have to find someone right, right? Maybe… maybe not. We talk about having the right mindset, getting butterflies, navigating the (physical) chemistry, and just awkward dates in general. Takeaway? Dating is hard lol.

This week's episode got split into two parts because there was so much hot TEA to spill! In part one, my friend Ellie discusses what goes in within an influencer marketing agency and I speak about my own experiences working with brands. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes of a brand deal, and we break down the communication that goes on between both parties. I also talk about people buying fake likes, saying no to a vibrator brand sponsored post, and the time I pulled out from a campaign the night before...(very embarrassing). More to come in part 2!

We talk: fomo, push notifications, meditating (or lack thereof) and other ways that we can all try to step away from the internet.
