About

Creating conversations about wealth, money, property from my experiences as a Māori women, qualified in Te Ao Pākeha as a property valuer. I have since focused on sharing knowledge on social media rather than in a traditional property practise, to make it easier for Māori people to access the information. We are suffering from an epidemic that is probably worse than Diabetes - Knowledge Poverty - an epidemic that has left us as only 33% Home Owners and 5% of land mass as designated Māori Land. More Māori are tenants than land owners. And more Post Settlement Government Entities rather than true Iwi, own our whenua. I deeply believe that we can combat the problem through knowledge, if not for us now, then at least for our mokopuna. Mauri Ora.
