Welcome to The Yogatrotter Guided Meditation podcast. These meditations aim to introduce you to your inner peace, by teaching the mind to be more understanding and loving. Your host, Megan, is a yoga/meditation instructor (500hr+ RYT) and teacher-trainer from the northeast United States. She spent 3 years in Japan learning classical Buddhist meditation, and is currently living in Bali studying Hindu philosophy.
