Therapy Tuesday would be a weekly podcast, where we’d be sharing the stories and experiences of young people all over the world. We’d also interview a variety of noted figures and celebrities about their experiences with mental illness or trauma . The aim of this podcast is to encourage and help young people from minorities community have vulnerable conversations to show that it’s OK to struggle with the conflicts of being who you want to be versus who society expects you to be. We’d also be sharing mental health resources and advice from renowned psychotherapists.
