This was definitely the most lame podcast ever recorded. I wouldn't even waste your time listening to it. It was thrown together last minute without any preparation or thought. Good demo for the "Rule of the six P's": Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. Somebody did come up with a brilliant idea on this morning's run though - we need to record Snippets from our weekend runs to play on the Podcast. I'll work on the logistics...
