There are many perspectives and pathways to awakening, knowledge and success, and sometimes it's hard to know which way to go. Some traditions ask us to focus on transcendence, meditate in stillness, exhale anger and inhale love. Others ask us to go down and in, to find an opening through our embodied deepening and to alchemize our darker emotions. In today's episode, Zoe Eccles and I talk about bridging the masculine and feminine pathways to awakening, science and mysticism, intellectual and embodied knowledge.
