This month's focus is on mindset. There are many ways to influence your mindset and it's our mindset that sets us up for success or failure. This week specifically we want to focus on our habits. Our habits come from thinking a certain way over and over again until the action being performed is done on auto-pilot. According to Matthew Killingsworth who is a Harvard Psychologist, and Daniel Gilbert who is the author of the book Stumbling on Happiness, 47% of our day is done habitually.
