I spent many years of my life stuck in this mindset that in order to be healthy I needed to be thin, and in order to be thin I needed to eat and train perfectly. Only this wasn’t sustainable and eventually, I would burn out which lead to feelings of failure and guilt. After a period of burnout, I would start fresh AGAIN and the cycle would continue! The funny thing was that this all-or-nothing approach to health was actually making me less healthy not more.
