We learn from our two guests today how having the right Visionary and Integrator at the head of your leadership team gives you the rocket fuel (to use the phrase coined by Mark C. Winters) to go to the stars, and how smaller startups can find the right Integrator. Our two guests, Michael Eagle and Kirk Potter, make up the Visionary/Integrator dynamic duo at Rhythm Monster (www.Rhythm-Monster.com), a platform dedicated to teaching Scottish Pipe Band drumming online. In the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) (EOS Worldwide) framework for growing a business successfully that I help my clients implement, the two roles at the top that give any organization the "rocket fuel" it needs to go to the stars, are the Visionary (often the CEO) and the Integrator (often the COO or General Manager). In this episode, we learn from a Visionary and an integrator, *together* what they consider to be their own strengths and weaknesses and specifically how the other's strengths complement their own skills to super-charge their business - i.e., how the whole they create together is far greater than the sum of the parts. We also cover how Rhythm Monster solved the classic Catch-22 dilemma: you can't scale successfully without an Integrator and you can't afford an Integrator till after you've successfully scaled.
