In this special Hispanic Heritage Month Edition episode, Luis speaks with Alejandra Alanis (Ale). Alejandra is a Risk Consulting Manager for RSM US LLP, a public accounting firm focused on the middle market. She grew up in a small town in Eastern, Washington and later went on to attend the University of Washington where she majored in Finance and International Business. She is the proud daughter of two Mexican immigrants who are now self-employed. Her parents’ story has always inspired her, and she is passionate about empowering individuals to pursue their aspirations & excellence.
