Gross Commission is a podcast that explores the inner workings of real estate brokerages. When REALean Agent work with home sellers, they charge 4%, rather than the typical 6%+ that most brokerages prefer to charge. And if the REALean agent is the only agent involved in the sale, the fee to the seller is reduced to just 3%, saving home sellers thousands of dollars of their hard-earned home equity.
