However, while mourning acceptable, accepting the loss and moving on is also very important. Loss of a loved one can also trigger maintained ailments. And in this case, seeing a doctor and self-care is necessary.Lastly, Mr. Garg mentions that while losing a loved one can be traumatic, people should always be open to moving on.
