This week we're talking with Certified Mindset Coach and Vegan Personal Trainer, Devan Laframboise about the "Men are trash" mindset that is currently popular in dating. Devan has been in the health, wellness and personal development space for almost 30 years. At the impressionable age of 13, her mom was hit by a car rendering her a paraplegic and putting her in a coma which would last 17 years. It was at that moment that Devan realized two truths... life is precious, and there are consequences to our actions. She made the decision then and there that she was going to dedicate her life to "doing the work" and breaking generational patterns and trauma. For 22 years Devan did therapy, read self-help books, and attended seminars and meditation retreats. She saw changes but they were only temporary. On 11/11/2016 she was introduced to the teachings through Bob Proctor and everything started to change. Devan is now a certified mindset consultant, vegan personal trainer, and self-love savant.
