Ellis Barrie is a chef who, alongside his brother Liam gradually built a former Anglesey caravan site greasy spoon cafe into renowned restaurant The Marram Grass. Previously a Great British Menu finalist, Ellis is part of the Ready, Steady, Cook reboot in 2020 and the Barrie Bros are set to enjoy a homecoming-of-sorts in Autumn 2019 with the opening of their yet-to-be-named second restaurant in Liverpool’s historic Royal Albert Dock.
