My tasting notes from this episode can be found below:Ardbeg Uigeadail (54.2% ABV)AppearanceClarity: ClearIntensity: MediumColor: GoldSuggested texture: HighNoseCondition: CleanIntensity: PronouncedAroma characteristics: Peat, bonfire, charred wood logs, sultanas, overripe pears, dried lemon peel, salty rocks (coastal), beeswaxOther notes: The nose is a warming peat sensation, not harsh or sharp, but quite soft and warm. A lot of volume on the aromas, and also seems high in ABV.
