Starting in May of 2017 to have open and unapologetic dialogue about the sports world, The Off The Bench Podcast with Justin Mandia and Kevin Myers was born! On November 13, 2019, the cast decided to go through a "face-lift," and added another life-long friend and sports fan, MJ Nesgoda. This change came with a new name, The Last Thing's Last Podcast!
