RealFat Radio EP 0018 | Interview with fellow real foodie Hilda Labrada Gore aka "Holistic Hilda"!!!Ancestral Diet for the Third Millennium Hilda says she was, "Born with a congenital birth defect, the doctors weren't sure how long I'd live. My parents took no baby pictures of me, in case I didn't make it. Thankfully, the hole in my heart was repaired by open-heart surgery when I was 9. After a fragile childhood, with limited activity, suddenly I was given a new lease on life! I became an ACE-certified group fitness instructor with Body & Soul. Now I am the DC metro Regional Director and Director of Communications for Body & Soul and a certified health coach, having graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am now also the host of the Wise Traditions podcast for the Weston A. Price Foundation. I am eager to encourage everyone to be who they were meant to be physically and spiritually!""I am a health coach and fitness professional, a podcast host and consultant. I am passionate about encouraging people to fuel their bodies with real food, and using podcasts to do so. My nickname is “Chispa” (which means “spark” in Spanish) and I bet you can guess why. I am an enthusiastic and energetic wife and mother of four, a certified health coach, fitness professional, podcast host, producer, and consultant, and the proud owner of a yellow lab and tabby cat. I'm also in a neighborhood band. Life is full, but fun!" You can find Hilda at https://holistichilda.com and on IG @holistic_hilda :) Hi we are Chance and Sallie Godwin!
