Even if you're not in hiring mode now systems are important for your sanity. What do you need a system for? Any task that is something that you would do more than twice, even if it is something that you know exactly how to do. Down the road, you'll get busier and, though it seems impossible now, you'll forget the details of that task. Many steps of real estate transactions become so automatic to us but we still experience times when we can't remember if we've done a certain step precisely because they are automatic.
