In this episode we discuss why we say Yes more often than we should. The importance of intentionality, priorities and values. The problem with to-do lists, and my favorite, the Myth of Multitasking. He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Boston University. His Bachelor’s degree is from Babson College, voted the top school in the U.S. in entrepreneurship. He is writing a book for people who struggle with too much to do and not enough time.
