Welcome to the 2nd episode of First Times For The Better! This podcast talks about folks first times trying out a variety of things that improved their lives. This episode talks about Rowen's experience of adding smoothies into their life. The recipe included in the podcast is listed here! (Rowen was drinking one at time of recording): - 1/2 tablespoon tumeric powder, -dash(2 pinches) black pepper, -1 cup soymilk, -1 medium banana +a splash of vanilla extract (should you fancy!) : blended at a low speed for a minute, then high speed for a minute.
