We sat down with writer/director Li Lu to discuss her first feature film, a coming of age story about self-revelation entitled "There is a New World Somewhere". Ethan and Li discuss how 1st ADing prepared Li for directing, being raised by two physicists and how that affected her aspirations, and how organizing her own viewing tour got her distribution.
