In this episode many months ago Zack and I discussed the cooking circuit and the community the rules and the process of cooking competition in the local circuits. Zack eagerly awaits the day of competition to be able to share what he's been working on with the judges the people and his fellow competitors alike. We also discuss the pros and cons of doing local festivals and the agendas of the cities that hold them and how they affect the small vendors vs the bigger vendors.
