Walking Meditation . . . This is perfect if you find it hard to focus while sitting or just want to get some steps in! . . . Ensure you choose a location where you will not be disturbed . . . Begin the walk by centering yourself; I like to take three nice deep breathes. Taking in the environment. Feeling the sun on my skin or the 'temp' of the day. If I am walking inside, I will find a playlist that helps me to relax (no words, just smoothing sounds) . . . To me there is no right or wrong "formation" with this, it is about getting up and moving.
