Series: Foundations Text: Genesis 1:26-27 Title: The imago Dei Summary: Until now, the focus of our foundations series has been on who God is - particularly the fact that God presents God's self to us as a Triune God. Now we look at the doctrine of humankind, often labeled by the Latin term imago Dei. This sermon looks at what it means that we are created in the likeness and image of a triune God, and offers a number of applications as to how that shapes loving our neighbor, as well as receiving God's love ourselves.
