I was asked a few times to do an episode on how to conquer your worst day, so finally here it is. Waking up on Monday morning or any morning your not feeling particularly excited about is hard for everyone. Back in 2008, I found this article in Psychology Today that was explaining how the “superhero stance” could help you almost instantly feel empowered even on your worst day.
