Government

Home is where we are meant to be safest. Home is where women hide and are hidden when there is fear of violence in the world outside. But home is also where women face the worst violence the world over. In this episode, we speak to lawyer Amba Salelkar to understand the law in India around violence against women, and specifically domestic violence. Then we talk to women from Jagori, an NGO that works with survivors of violence across the country, and hear from some survivors of violence at home.
