In reality, there is no such thing as a perfect yoga body. Yoga is for everybody, and every body is a yoga body. It's common to think of inclusion as something that has to do with integrating others into our space. But instead, it starts from ourselves and our own level of awareness, openness, and understanding of the subject. If Diversity is a fact, Inclusion is an action.
