Over the next few weeks, I am going to introduce you to meditation: what it is, and just as important, what it isn’t. Because there is definitely some confusion there.  I know that some of you already have a meditation practice, but I urge you to keep going — because there’s a good chance you were taught how to meditate the wrong way, or you weren’t provided the whole picture. How do I know? Because I spent 20 years thinking I knew how to meditate and what meditation was… and when I realized I didn’t, I was kinda pissed off.
