Had the pleasure of sitting down with my BJJ coach Jon Boone . Jon runs some of the Foundations classes at SBG Montana here in Kalispell. Starting over with something as in depth and challenging as Jiu Jitsu at 41 years old has been a great experience for myself and my family as well.
