In this episode we're focusing on Rwanda, where we were for The Africa List's annual leadership retreat at the end of 2019. Since the 1994 genocide, the country has undergone an economic transformation, recording GDP growth of around seven per cent a year since the turn of the century. We speak to two leading executives who are centre stage in the country's economic development: Clare Akamanzi, CEO of the Rwanda Development Board; and Yvonne Manzi Makolo, CEO of RwandAir.
