Stress comes from believing you are out of control with areas of your life. A lot of stress comes from anxiety-created from the belief that you are out of control with areas of your life. When you can control the things you can control you can control your stress (75 HARD forces you to do all of these things) 1. How much water you drink. 2. What information you read. 3. What foods you eat. 4. Your physical activity 5. Who you interact with. (surrounding yourself with the right people who are there to support you-learning to temporarily or permanently say no to those that do not without having anxiety about that) When you start to really get disciplined and take control of these areas of your life you’re in control of your stress. You’re in control of almost every area of your life that can possibly be controlled. When you control the areas of your life that you can actually control in a real way, your stress goes way down. The stress just becomes something that you notice and observe and say let’s go and deal with in a real way, instead of it being the end of the world.
