Have you ever sat down with someone and felt like they are an automatic friend? This is the kind of guest I’m bringing to you today on the podcast. Ruth Chou Simons, also known for her company Gracelaced, first started as a water color artist sharing God’s beauty and grace through her art. She’s become a bestselling author of multiple, gorgeous books (I know because I own them), mama entrepreneur, and national speaker. She shares her journey of God’s grace intersecting daily life with word and paintbrush through an online shoppe at GraceLaced.com and her Instagram community of more than a hundred thousand. Ruth and her husband, Troy, are grateful parents to six boys—their greatest adventure. Ruth is the author of Beholding and Becoming: The Art of Everyday Worship, and GraceLaced, which won a 2018 Christian Book Award. She lives in Colorado with her husband Troy and her 6 boys whom she lovingly refers to as “mancubs.” Honestly, I love this woman so much. She contains so much wisdom which we get to experience today on the podcast as we discuss finding God’s glory and grace in the everyday, even sometimes mundane, of life. She mentions how her Instagram reel is mainly a feed of her preaching to herself as she adheres to the truth of God’s promises through His Word. You will definitely be refreshed through this episode by the end of it. Connect with me on Facebook! Connect with me on Instagram!
