In this episode, fitness professional Mounir Azegra (iWannaBurnFat) joins the show.  For the past few years, Mounir has been able to help thousands of people achieve their fitness goals through iWannaBurnFat.com and his Instagram account @iWannaBurnFat. His easy to understand evidence-based social media posts about training and nutrition have helped thousands of people.Fitness has always been his passion, but there was a time when it drove him crazy.Mounir trained 5x a week doing drop-sets, supersets, giant sets, and much more “advanced training tools”, with little to show for it. The longer he trained, the more evident it became that the sources for fitness information from "fitness social media influencers" weren’t very useful.As he got more conscious of the fact that 90% of the fitness information on the web is false, he started doing his own research.The past several years, he spent most of his time reading and writing about science-based training and nutrition.
