And while Agile is an important part of the Cogent story, so is its focus on values such as transparency and personal wellbeing, something Marty ensured was an integral part of Cogent's culture.Now, after recently completing his transition out of the company, he is the co-founder of the funded start-up Chargefox. Chargefox is Australia’s largest public charging network for electric vehicles (EVs).
