It’s 2020, and that means people are thinking about changing their habits by creating New Year’s Resolutions.  In this episode Fr. Dan Ruff shares his perspective on resolutions and how our tendency to overreach, control, and perfect ourselves leads to pain and upset.  Instead of resolutions, Fr.
