In this week's episode, I touch on the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games and some of the highlights that stuck out for me. We also discuss what it feels like to be delayed or redirected from a specific path that we might have worked hard to get ourselves on only to come up short and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with that feeling.
