He has collaborated with regional and global health entities including the World Health Organisation (WHO), the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), among others. Changa obtained American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certifications in internal medicine and infectious diseases, and was indoctrinated as a Fellow in the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.  He is experienced in public health, outbreak management and disaster response.  He has served as a consultant to various governments, health ministries and national-level COVID task-forces.  Changa is well-published in the medical literature across a variety of disciplines including COVID-19. Aside from his highly esteemed credentials, accolades and experience Changa is first and foremost a family man who cares about the future health of his children and sustainable health practices.
