Taryn Watson from Fitright Physio has been learning on the go since day one. She has developed a flexible business model that pays her Physio's a commission based on the number of clients utilising their services. This model drives her staff to deliver high quality service and reduces Taryn's fixed overheads as this is embedded into the commission payment. But as her business has grown, so too has uncertainty around her financial situation. She often found herself second guessing her ability to stay afloat as baby number two was on its way.
