What do Andrew Jackson, a lawyer, and a farmer have in common? This week, we hear a story about Andrew Jackson from a farmer whose family has farmed sugarcane in Louisiana since 1807. That same farmer's son-in-law left a life practicing law to make a career on the farm. John Gay is a 7th generation sugarcane farmer, and Patrick Frischhertz represents the 8th generation on the family farm.
