The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) out of Minnesota works to help expand markets and conducts research of new crops to assist producers. Erik Evans with AURI talks about an emerging crop in the red river valley, hemp and the challenges they've heard from those in the industry or looking to get into the hemp industry.
