Part 1. Acomi and Turk182 balance the scales of right and wrong, good and bad, and half a ton of everything else as they discuss the dietary train wreck 1,000-lb Sisters. A weekly sideshow attraction that disguises itself as a reality show. The two hosts dissect the show and talk about everything that wrong with it, from the show's "stars", to their doctor, the network, and the viewers. They talk about how exploitative the show is, and how they capitalize on the morbidity of the characters under the auspices of trying to help. How it's in the best interest of everyone involved that the main characters don't succeed or else there would no longer be a show. Acomi and Turk hit the insult buffet hard, going for the desserts first, and using the same plate on repeated trips. No one is safe. They're all complicit.
