Aaron Jackson is an Associate at Advisors Commercial Real Estate. His passion for commercial real estate started at a young age. Growing up listening to his uncle, who is a commercial lender, talk to clients spurred his desire to get in the business. Aaron’s focus is on retail brokerage. He uses hard data and experience to identify the best locations for tenants and uses extensive market knowledge to help landlords position their buildings to achieve the optimal tenant mix and highest occupancy for their properties. He enjoys seeing the impact that retail brokerage can have for an owner and on an area when done correctly. Aaron began his commercial real estate career in 2013 focusing on office leasing in the Dallas Central Business District helping clients such as Crudefunders relocate their headquarters from Houston to Thanksgiving Tower in downtown Dallas. Later while working with Chicago’s Chicken Coop restaurant, Aaron realized he had a passion for retail real estate brokerage. Aaron believes customer experience is the key to the future of retail. It takes more than a good product to be successful in today’s retail environment as you can get virtually any product online. What makes people come back to your store is the experience they had. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Aaron ran a freight brokerage operation where he connected shippers with drivers to get products to their destinations in a safe and efficient manner. Aaron is an avid tennis player and family man. He plays in multiple tennis leagues and tournaments year-round.
