Our team began thinking of ways we could help out our communities during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We drafted an email asking our property owners and clients to pitch in and create a Rental Assistance Fund to help those truly in need of rental assistance during this crisis. We wanted to be proactive and help our residents who have lost their jobs due to the virus. We have established a goal of $10,000.00 which will be used exclusively to assist those residents who have been directly impacted by the virus to include employer shutdown due to COVID-19, reduction in work hours due to COVID-19, reduction in wages earned/paid due to COVID-19.
