Since the Association of Himalayan Yoga Meditation Societies International (AHYMSIN) was established by Mahamandaleshwara Swami Veda Bharati in 2007, the worldwide affiliated centers and members have met every three years for the always very unique Sangha Gatherings. This video is a summary of the practices and teachings that were shared by Swami Ritavan Bharati and the other senior teachers to the AHYMSIN Sangha during the 2019 gathering, which was held between February 25th and March 5th at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, in Rishikesh, India.
