Under Mosaic Law Foreigners were among a long list of people who were not allowed to enter the assembly of the Lord. Apparently God had a change of mind and decided to invite ALL Nations to Join them and attach themselves to his people of Israel. This process of Inclusion was Perfected in Christ.
