I just want to give you a Real Estate Market Update of what is going on in the Sugarland, Missouri city and Houston, Texas area as of April 2020. I know there is a lot of uncertainty with the virus and everybody staying home and businesses are closed. And of course, there's been changes in the Stock Market and everything else.. So, just to kind of give you an idea of what is currently going on..
