Ryan Frederick's journey in senior living began began when his middle school teacher encouraged students to get to know and develop relationships with adults living in senior communities. The relationship that Ryan forged with his senior elder lasted throughout his middle school years and seemingly continued to inform his path for years to come. As an MBA intern he followed that experience by choosing to spend a summer living in a senior community. to live in a senior living communities and also spent a winter break living with his grandparents in their retirement community.
