I want to talk about something that's on a lot of people's minds and that is this feeling that they are on the verge of burnout. It’s often something that you just can’t put into words. There's no doubt that we're all feeling Covid fatigue not only from all the restrictions but from the worry that comes along with this illness itself.  Most of us know someone that has suffered from Covid-19.  As a result, most of our lives have been changed.  We have a new normal.  Many people are working from home that has never done that before. Parents now find themselves homeschooling their children at the same time.  There's little time for self-care, and a lot of people feel like they are in survival mode.
